Field Rental Opportunity – Bank of Missouri Soccer Complex
The Perryville Optimist Soccer League (POSL) is proud to offer field rental opportunities at the Bank of Missouri Soccer Complex—one of the premier soccer facilities in Southeast Missouri. We are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of our complex, and recent updates to our usage guidelines reflect that dedication.
As soccer continues to grow and evolve in our region, we recognize the increasing demand for competitive practice space and game hosting beyond the scope of recreational play. In response, POSL now offers a structured rental option for teams seeking to utilize our fields for practices, scrimmages, or friendly matches.
Rental fees help offset the rising maintenance and operational costs caused by increased field usage. These funds ensure our facility remains in excellent condition for both competitive and recreational players.
We deeply appreciate the many individuals and teams who continue to support our recreational league while also investing in advanced opportunities for youth development. Your dedication to both the community and the game makes a lasting impact.

Field Use Guidelines and Rental Rates
The POSL will supply a calendar on their website that can be used to determine availability along with the recreational league schedule and practice schedule (if applicable). The POSL will only provide the use of the field and equipment regularly on the field which includes 2 goals, 4 corner flags. The POSL will also make sure that the field has been lined if the rental is outside of our season when the fields are regularly lined. When using the fields, guests are asked to follow all complex rules posted at the complex and available on our website or from a POSL representative. Rentals will also be held to the same weather policies that the recreational league follows.
Field Use One-Time Rental Rates - Per Hour
First State Community Bank field usage and rental requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and is subject to high school seasons.

Bulk Practice Rental Rates for Individual Teams
*Season rental rates will run on 6 month increments during the calendar year, starting in January 1st. Teams are allowed to use the fields when available according to the POSL recreational schedule and practice schedule (when applicable). This rental rate is strictly for practices conducted by an individual team and not for scheduled games, camps, groups, or club practices. Scheduled games, camps, club or group practices fall into the one-time use rental rate.

The Bank of Missouri Soccer Complex-Rules
- Groups or organizations using the facility shall conform to all City and County ordinances, fire regulations, and Health and Safety Codes.
- No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed on the facility grounds.
- Speed Limit: 15 MPH
- Do not park on grass areas.
- Bicycles are not allowed on soccer fields.
- Four wheelers, motorcycles, and/or other recreational vehicles are prohibited on grass areas of the complex unless operated by a POSL board member or individual given authorization by the POSL or the City of Perryville.
- Pets brought to the park shale be on leaches before, during or after any event in the complex.
- Alcohol is not allowed during a soccer event.
- Smoking is not allowed on the fields and player sidelines. Smoking on or near the bleachers shall be done in a manner as to not disturb other fans.
- It is prohibited for any person to engage in boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting, indecent or profane language or to engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior leading to a breach of the public peace and enjoyment of the facility. The Complex Management reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person(s) due to abusive conduct or non-cooperative attitude.
- No persons shall sell, vend, peddle or distribute any merchandise or property whatsoever, or sell tickets or solicit contributions for political, religious, or other purposes within the boundaries of the facility, except as authorized by the Complex Management.
- No person shall attach to the facility any materials, devices or equipment for the purpose of advertising or decorating the facility or for any other purpose without first obtaining the permission of the Complex Management.
- The Complex Management reserves the right to cancel an event at any time due to inclement weather or any other condition deemed detrimental to the facility.
